I designed AI-powered experiences within Fiverr Go, translating a new visual identity into intuitive, production-ready product experiences. I led the end-to-end design of the buyer-facing AI Assistant, collaborating with product managers, engineers, content designers, and the design systems team to bring the experience to life across desktop and mobile.

As AI made professional-quality work increasingly accessible, Fiverr faced a fundamental question: how could it embrace AI while preserving the value of human freelancers?

Fiverr Go introduced a suite of AI-powered tools designed to help freelancers work more efficiently, connect with potential buyers, and scale their businesses — empowering sellers rather than replacing them.

The challenge

I was rapidly changing how people create, discover, and purchase services. Buyers increasingly expected faster, smarter experiences, while freelancers spent valuable time answering repetitive pre-sale questions and demonstrating their expertise.

Fiverr needed to evolve with these expectations without losing what made its marketplace unique: the skills, creativity, and personal connection that freelancers bring to their work.

The challenge went beyond introducing AI features. We needed to build experiences that made AI genuinely useful while preserving trust, transparency, and the freelancer's control over how their work was represented.

Turning ideas into creations — and discovery into opportunity

One of the key solutions was the Fiverr GO Playground — an AI-powered, conversational creation space that helps buyers turn ideas into tangible results.

Instead of navigating endless listings or struggling to define exactly what they need, buyers can describe their ideas in natural language, explore creative possibilities, generate previews, and discover sellers whose styles match their vision. Through an interactive process of prompts, suggestions, and refinements, the Playground makes it easier to move from an initial idea to a clear creative direction.

Once buyers find a result they love, they can either purchase the AI-generated output instantly or continue working with the seller for further customization. This creates a faster, more engaging path to purchase while keeping freelancers at the center of the experience — turning AI into a tool for discovery, inspiration, and new business opportunities rather than a replacement for human creativity.
